Nylon sheathed wires and cables have better electrical and physical properties than ordinary PVC insulated wires and cables: Nylon sheathed wires and cables have good heat resistance and low weight loss during operation at high temperatures, which can improve the instantaneous heat overload resistance of wires and slow down or reduce the escape or migration of PVC components. Nylon sheathed wires and cables have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, self-lubricating properties, and oil resistance.
Compared with PVC insulated wires and cables of the same cross-section, nylon sheathed wires and cables have the characteristics of small outer diameter, light weight, low static friction coefficient, and corrosion resistance, which can improve the safety and applicability during laying. Nylon sheathed wire has a rated working voltage of 450/750V and is widely used in household appliances, aerospace systems, buildings, and lighting.
The long-term working temperature of the cable is 90 ℃ or 75 ℃, and the laying temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃. The bending radius should not be less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable.
